Ms. Terry Jennings, Co-Founder, Chairman of the Board, CEO

Ms. Jennings's professional career has spanned many facets of corporate administration and employee relations. She has over 20 years of experience in the defense services industry. Prior to joining PeopleTec, she was a corporate Vice President of Administration at SAIC where she oversaw administrative operations for the southeast region. From 1995 through 2003, Ms. Jennings was the Chief Administrative Officer, Corporate Secretary and a Director at Quality Research, Inc. She was responsible for all aspects of corporate administration including Human Resources, Security, Facilities, Technical Publications and Corporate Information Systems. Ms. Jennings attended Motlow State College in Tennessee.

Mr. Doug Scalf, Co-Founder, President

Mr. Scalf's entire professional career has been in the technical services industry where he has held positions from Systems Analyst to Senior Vice President. Prior to joining PeopleTec, he was the Vice President of Operations for Modeling, Simulation & Training at SAIC. From 1997 to 2003, he served in various roles including Vice President and Senior Vice President for Quality Research's Modeling, Simulation & Training Group. In this capacity, he was responsible for over 250 employees in eight states and annual revenues of over $25M. From 1982 until 1997, Mr. Scalf worked at Computer Sciences Corporation in various technical and management positions. He received a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Alabama in Huntsville and has over 23 years of experience in the area of modeling, simulation and technical program management.

Mr. Doug Barclay II, Vice President, Modeling and Simulation

Mr. Barclay brings over 25 years of Program Management in the area of modeling, simulation, trainer development, and software development expertise in the defense technical services arena. He has held a range of positions including Computer Scientist, Director, Division Manager and Vice President. Prior to joining PeopleTec, he was Vice President of the Exercise and Analysis Division for the Modeling, Simulation & Training Group at SAIC where he was responsible for over 80 employees and with revenues exceeding $12M. From 1998 to 2003, Mr. Barclay served as a Director in Quality Research's Modeling, Simulation & Training Group and from 1984 until 1997, he worked at Computer Sciences Corporation in various technical and management positions. He received a B.S. in Computer Science from Auburn University in 1984.

Mr. Frank Jennings, Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Jennings's professional career includes over 30 years of experience in Finance and Government contracting. Since 2005 he has worked as PeopleTec's Chief Financial Officer, responsible for the management of all contracts and corporate finance and accounting activities. From 1999 to 2005, Mr. Jennings worked as a consultant to local small businesses preparing cost proposals and establishing DCAA-compliant accounting systems. From 1991 to 1999, Mr. Jennings worked for Tec-Masters where he was Vice President of Operations, responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company and interfacing with the managers of 200 plus employees. From 1986 to 1991, he worked as the Director of Program Control for SRS Technologies. Prior to 1986, Mr. Jennings spent 12 years in the public accounting industry working for various CPA firms. He earned a B.S. in Business Administration, with a major in Accounting, from Tennessee Tech University.

Mr. Brad Blume, Vice President, Missile Defense Systems Division

Mr. Blume has over 19 years of systems engineering and management experience supporting system and advanced technologies/concept developments for major DoD organizations including the Army, Navy, Air Force and Marines. He has focused expertise in the area of advanced sensing concepts and air and missile defense systems and has supported the Army Air and Missile Defense community over the last 6 years. Mr. Blume has a Bachelor's and Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering from Auburn University.

Mr. Stan Pruett, Vice President

Mr. Pruett is a retired Air Force Brigadier General with over thirty years of management and engineering experience, including fifteen years in MDA. Mr. Pruett will function as a Program Manager responsible for contracts related to Missile Defense. He earned a B.S. in Aerospace Engineering from Auburn University and an M.S. in Engineering from UA Huntsville.

Mr. Bill Elliott, Vice President

Mr. Elliott has over 25 years of engineering and management experience supporting DoD organizations including the US Army's Space and Missile Defense Command (USASMDC) and the PEO Missiles and Space. Prior to joining PeopleTec Mr. Elliott served as a Vice President for MEVATEC (acquired by BAE SYSTEMS) where he served as the Deputy Program Manager for the USASMDC SETAC effort and as Director for Technology. Mr. Elliott received a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Alabama in Huntsville and a M.S. in Engineering. He also holds BS in C&BA from the University of Alabama with an emphasis in Corporate Finance and Investment Management.

Mr. Mark Braun, Vice President

Mr. Braun has over 25 years of engineering and management experience supporting DoD organizations including SMDC, ARSTRAT, STRATCOM, MDA, TRADOC, JFCOM, PEO Missiles and Space, Army Test Command and AMCOM on major system developments and advanced technologies/concept developments. Prior to joining PeopleTec, Mr. Braun held positions with General Electric and MEVATEC Corporation. Most recently, Mr. Braun was Vice President for Army & Joint Programs at BAE Systems where he had management responsibility for over $240M in annual sales. Mr. Braun has a Bachelors degree in Physics, a Masters Degree in Electrical & Computer Engineering and an M.B.A. Mr. Braun recently earned his PMI Project Management Professional Certification.

Dr. Dana Tanner, Vice President

Dr. Dana Tanner has over 25 years experience in software development and information technology services, specializing in software process, business process improvement, and business intelligence applications. Prior to joining PeopleTec, she worked in business development with RDA Corporation, a Microsoft Gold Certified provider. In 2003, Dr. Tanner was a Vice President at SAIC, continuing efforts she had begun at Quality Research, Inc. From 1999 to 2003, she was the Vice President of Information Systems at Quality Research, where she managed nearly 100 employees in six cities representing $10M in annual revenue. From 1992 to 1999, Dana founded and was President of Keystone Solutions, specializing in Oracle database applications development. Dr. Tanner has a BS in Computer Science and Mathematics from Wesleyan College (1986), an MS in Mathematics from the University of Alabama in Huntsville (UAH, 1987) as well as a PhD in Applied Mathematics from UAH (1989). She has devoted much volunteer time to showing young women and men the benefits of pursuing careers in math and science.

Mr. Chris Horgen

Mr. Horgen is both the Senior Managing Partner of the Southeastern Technology Fund and an Operating Consultant with Eastside Partners. While serving at the Southeastern Technology Fund, Mr. Horgen has directed 10 investments, totaling approximately $120 million. He has over 30 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, financial advising and company operations. Mr. Horgen brings a wealth of operational and management expertise having been the founder of Nichols Research Corporation (Nichols) and serving as its Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Chairman for 18 years. He has served on the Board of Directors of four public companies and four defense technology companies.

Dr. Dusit Charern

Dr. Charern was the Founder and CEO of Quality Research for over 15 years. Dr. Charern mentored Doug Scalf, President and Terry Jennings, Chief Executive Officer, both founders of PeopleTec, during their time as Executive Officers at Quality Research. The entrepreneurial training received under Dr. Charern was invaluable in providing the experiences that the founders used in establishing PeopleTec. Dr. Charern's high-level advice and guidance became the foundation of PeopleTec and is consistent with his people-oriented culture at Quality Research. Dr. Charern's "people first" principles were critical in laying the platform and establishing PeopleTec as a customer and employee-centric company.
